Description: 

This is a long dress with a fluted skirt. It was made with Blender cloth sim. One diffuse texture is included. Illustration shows dress with subsurf of two and crease (1.0) on the two loops where the skirt is connected to the dress. Whitney is also wearing my Long Gloves (http://www.makehumancommunity.org/clothes/long_gloves.html)

There are two other halter

There are two other halter dresses from that same run that are shorter, but without the fluted skirt. I don't see how the fluted skirt style is suitable for a mini dress. Of course, the dress, like all the assets I've shared here, is in the public domain so you or anyone else may alter it however you see fit.
