Description:
Normally balls don't hang down as in the default penis mesh. Using a custom proxy mesh seems not really usable.
When you have balls yourself, you may know, they don't hang down as much, especially when it's cold.
You can also modify how deep they hang.

Heck, I don't have balls, and even I know that they usually look in pictures like a wrinkly sack, not whatever makehuman has. (Probably no one fixed it because everyone is more interested in making sexy clothes for pinup girls... but I should really stop giving them crap about that...)
