I created this skirt, which is very similar to an existing one made by an native American designer. Not to get into trouble with copyrights, I used CC0 feathers, scroll and leaves. The glam belt is also made similar to the original. The small spheres may deform unfortunately. You should connect the color input of the glossy shader to the image texture. The buckle in the back may be changed to a silver-like material. For the spheres I changed the white ones to silver and the black ones to a dark glass shader.
