updated v2. fixed back of head. better conforms to mh default in midsection. fixed a couple rogue verts. still has vert group issues stretches funny with extreme poses. i edit skins after makehuman so i probably wont keep trying to fix this unless some one knows tricks to blend vert weights. if you do please let me know.
this is Adult Female Genitalia (old) uploaded by wolgade with some improvements. increased mesh density in "important" areas fixed awkward inner thigh. there is a couple rogue verts that fix with smoothing will probably update with v2 in future

Look really very promissing but I think that we need version 2.0 :D
I've done it like this ...
I compared your version with my proxy. Just put most of the genital area to the mid vertex group manually and remove it from left and right group. Stretching and weird effects are reduced then. But the effects will not completely disappear.
