just put it all in the folder: C:\Users\username\Documents\makehuman\v1\data\hair\blondwithheadband (you have to create the last folder ;) )
v 1.1 fixed some deformation errors and made the Region around the ears a bit better

The bump and displacement textures have the same file names, should I change one of them?

It's just the bump texture, Just don't download it, was a mistake on my side to double upload it. Is now fixed ;)
