As always the pathes are not valid. The .mhmat file is an ASCII file. It contains the name of the texture (in this case: "../textures/young_lightskinned_female_genitals_diffuse.png"). You can edit the .mhmat file. I guess you must delete the "../" in front of the filename, when you put the .mhmat file into data/skins and the diffuse into data/skins/textures.

how to fix
you just have to remove the "../textures/" part, found out by looking at a working skin, should work as long as its in the same directory as the mhmat
