I tried to make the shoes unisex with "Base Mesh With Helpers" but it was impossible to get them to work in both directions so I made two versions, this is done with "Average Male With Helpers".

Don't click on the files. Instead right-click for menu and choose "save link as" or whatever it is called in English, my windows is in my native language.
