Brown eyes. Iris 12mm, pupil 3.5mm on default MakeHuman eye in Blender Cycles and a glass shader lens, slightly smaller without. I did not find any special category to put this material and I use the naming for eyes so it get sorted right under the default brown eye. Preview image rendered in Blender Cycles.
