Então, para baixar você clica com o botão direito do mouse no link (neste caso "Female 1 for MD.mhm" que está em laranja) e clica na opção "salvar link". Ai você salva o item na área especifica dele para ser utilizado no programa Make Human.
No windows, geralmente em "documents\makehuman\v1py3"
No linux, geralmente em "~/documents/makehuman/v1py3" ou "~/makehuman/v1py3"
Se faz download de modelos se coloca em "models", como é o caso desta modelo.
