This make the possibility to translate ear's X-axis inside the head. Could help for head shape.

Doesn’t work as described.
What it does is narrows the skull. This does not “push the ears in the skull” - it just makes the skull more narrow.
a tip
If you still need an ear translate target, you could try one of my ear targets instead. (Ears in/flatten ears 1/flatten ears 2).
(I was the one who originally tried to fill this person's request, but my ear target messed up the nose, and I only fixed it recently.)
