This is turtleneck halter top, which is meant to be matched with my tiered skirt (http://www.makehumancommunity.org/clothes/tiered_skirt.html), but can be worn with any kind of bottoms (or none at all, if that's your thing). It will fit most female humans and even some males. The neck area may need slight adjusting on toddler, senior and/or plus-size humans. Both the skirt and top use the same diffuse texture.
