What are the requirements for Moho .dat?

Postby brkurt » Fri Feb 25, 2011 2:45 am

Hello everyone...I'm just getting ready to pump out a slough of videos, and I need to know what configurations
are required in Blender 2.56a to run a Moho .dat file. Every time I try, I get an error message telling me that Python
can't find the Enum called 'Pose'. Is there a configuration in Blender that needs to be attended to, before I load the file?

Plus! The present Lip Sync buttons are very, very different from the standard Preston Blair / Gary C. Martin visemes.
And that's a good thing, because the lip conformation for 'Shhh...' is nothing like 'Q' or 'W', as the older approach seems to suggest.

So I'm developing my own translation system, in case no one can answer this question. :geek:

It will probably work if the armature is visible and on a visible layer when you load the dat file. You can hide the armature once the animation is loaded.

The viseme set is from Body Language http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/0470173874/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_1?pf_rd_p=485327511&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=0470609907&pf_rd_m=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&pf_rd_r=1FYMRTR1HAJ3AVTER63Y
