There's a "genitals" slider, just drag it to the right.

Hey Joe,

Why are the later versions of blender and/or MH not allowing for armature of the genitalia? In fact most of the bones are missing. It seems like every version after version 2.562 of blender and MH version 1 alpha 5.1 have taken away some of the bones. Also, the deform rig isn't in the later versions from what I've found. Is there something I'm missing or is the penis just supposed to "hang around." (sorry, couldn't resist)

The rig was temporarily split into two separate armatures, because I ran into dependency cycles when experimenting with splines. Since that experiment did not really pan out, the armatures were merged into a single object again. Having two armatures also seemed to lead to various update problems. The deform bones are located on the hidden layers 16 and 32.

Some bone layers were recently hidden, e.g. the IK layers, so you need to make them visible to use them. Having all bones visible at the same time can be confusing, especially for beginners.

The male bones were located on the hidden deform bone layer. This was really a bug, since the bones on this layer should never be touched. Moved to layer 10 in svn. This layer is now also hidden by default, but it is a control layer which can be turned on. Considering that some people might be offended by these bones, I think putting them on a hidden layer is a good compromise between usability and modesty.
