Can't export

Can't export

I have searched a lot but I haven't found any solution for my problem: I can save and load my models but i can't export them. I use Makehuman 1.0 alpha 5.1 with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
When I try to export a model nothing happens and in the folder "exports" of makehuman there isn't anything.

what version did you use - 5.1, 5.1a or 5.1b ?

if you didn't use the current version 1.0.0 alpha 5.1b, take a look for something like this:
"C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Makehuman\㩃啜敳獲浜楡䅮浤湩䑜捯浵湥獴찀Ȭ歰ȑ��\makehuman\exports"
normaly there should be your exported file...

there is a newer version (makehuman1-0-0_alpha51b_win32.exe) downloadable via

or
http://code.google.com/p/makehuman/downloads/detail?name=makehuman1-0-0_alpha51b_win32.exe

this version will fix that issue with the exporting path...

BUT on my system and that version 5.1b of makehuman, in the exported file, i am missing many things, no clothes anymore, no bone shapes anymore, no low poly human anymore, ... on none of the layers.

my system:
win 7 x64 ultimate de-DE
blender 2.55 x64 - official release
makehuman 1.0.0 alpha 5.1b - official release

Well, that's your problem right there. Since the 2.55 beta release there has a) been api changes and b) been changes to the MHX format.

To ensure compatibility you need a later build from http://www.graphicall.org/builds/ and copy io_import_scene_mhx.py from the makehuman distribution and use it to overwrite the file with the same name in the blender distribution.

Or you could wait a day or two. Reading the blender dev notes, it seems a new official blender beta is about to be released, and it'll contain up to date versions of everything.

Thanks to all for the replies; I use MakeHuman 5.1b, and I will import the model of Makehuman in Blender 2.49b...
@Beta-Tester there isn't any folder after "C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Makehuman\" in my system.

the official release of Belnder 2.56 is already released !!! =D
