I think this fixed the breast issue, improved the face and killed 2 more triangles (leaving only the 1 on top of each foot I cant see a way of getting rid of)

My main machine died, this one cant handle anything 3d. When my new motherboard gets here I will redo the texture for the version above.

Fixed flipped normals in mouth, tweaked ears and remade the texture for those changes.

Hi forsaken,
Sorry for letting you wait. There were some other things on my mind that I wanted to finish first, but I promise that I will look into your mesh soon.
Best,
Thomas

You must import the hi-poly character with the Diamonds box checked. Or import it as an obj file. By default, the MHX importer deletes the joint diamonds (or more precisely, all verts in triangular faces). This is usually what you want, but not here, because it changes the vertex numbers.

Thus, you must delete the hi-poly character and reimport it with diamonds. The diamonds should not be assigned to any vertex group, since you don't want to associated any proxy vert with them.

Ah, so I need to leave the diamonds, I thought since it would be used I'd remove them. Thanks, I will try again with the full mesh.

I did as you said leaving everything in from the Makehuman mesh, I imported as a object. Still have the same problem, no faces section in the proxy file. Blender 2.54 i used.

Yes, the Faces section is gone. After the vertices you just copy the everything from the obj file, apart from the vertex coordinates. Thus, you need to export your proxy mesh as an obj file, locate the last line that starts with a v, and copy everything after that to the proxy file. Further, the form of the tags have changed to # lowercase.

For an example, look at the file ascottk.proxy in the data/templates folder. The structure should be like this:

# name ascottk
# verts
8057 8050 8049 0.53670 0.04714 0.41616
...
2320 0 1 1.00000 0.00000 0.00000
# objData
vt 0.136328 0.523632
...
