The short answer is yes you can. The long answer can be found by doing a forum search for Wings.

I have created several download-able models with wings. You will need to make a few design decisions before you start using Makehuman:

(1) A human with arms and legs, and wings: That requires an extra 'shoulder girdle' to work. I used that for my Tharks in my Dejah Thoris scene.

(2) A human with wings, but no arms. I've got one rigged like that, for a Draconian male. Here, I used the archeological approach of extending and strengthening the fourth finger. The general principal is a redesign of the hand. Early flying reptiles kept separate fingers, but birds fused finger bones.

(3) What kind of feathers, and how arrange them. I used the Blender dupliverts function to create an array of feathers. You can also change the relative size of the feathers with an additional modifier, but I don't know which one that would be, as the interface for Dupliverts has changed so much. Morely likely you will Apply the Dupiverts, and model them after. This means a lot of different UV map and texture painting work, so be prepared.

HTH :D
