Yes.

Sorry for bringing up again this specific task (see also this discussion: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13084).
Rereading your current license explanation, an mhx2 export will break the cc0-exception despite the intention of the MH-Team and Thomas Larsson, since mhx2 is a plug-in which is not bundled with the official code.
Could you please either add a clarification in your license explanation for the mhx2-plug-in, or add a warning that mhx2 will break the cc0-exception in the mhx2-FAQ?
I'm aware of this problem, and it's on my todo list. However, there are a bit too many cooks with a bit too many opinions involved for any license change to go quickly or smoothly.
I think one solution which would not require a license change might be making a separate downloadable where the MH side of MHX2 is bundled. That'd make the bundle as a whole an "official and unmodified" makehuman. Since I'm now a copyright holder (which is new since this spring), if I make a package I can say it is official and unmodified. I've been considering making a kind of "community remix" makehuman anyway, with a few things added which will probably never make it into the main source tree (such as a bunch of the highest quality contributed assets, translations for new languages...).
But this won't happen in the immediate future. Until to then, I can just re-iterate what I've said in another thread: It's not the intention of either Thomas, me or anyone else in the cluster around MH to go license taliban on someone who uses MHX2, as such usage falls inside what we consider fair use for the CC0 exception, even though with a strict reading of the license terms it'd require the end product to be AGPL:ed.
Also, note that this discussion only concerns a very small minority of users. Both the license explanation and the license as such explicitly states that we don't consider AGPL applicable to 2D graphics. So for anyone who simply creates images or videos, the discussion isn't even relevant. The discussion is only relevant for someone who wants to re-distribute a derived mesh which took a detour via blender by the means of MHX2. Those who wants to redistribute meshes can still do it either as long as they fulfill the AGPL license terms (basically co-distributing the mesh with the license terms and a link to the makehuman source, as well as AGPL:ing the total), or by using Collada or FBX rather than MHX2 for the initial import to blender.

Yes.
It's a somewhat experimental release, but it's a release issued and uploaded by a copyright holder.
