Craete 3D Avatar models only with Head, Head and body only.

I am new to create 3D avatar models ,i just wanted to know how to create a 3d model only with head and also create a 3d model with head and body only.
Does this is possible to achieve in MH or i have use any other tools, please suggest me on this.

You need to do this in an external software.
This can easily be done in Blender, for example using edge loop select, and the L key selection.

well, I do not Know iclone.. but any 3D-System, which can read the standard export-file Formats of MH can be used for this purpose... so find out what, iclone can read and than look up, wether MH supports that format.

You need a 3D modeler, I don't think iClone fits the bill.
