Of mass.
Fat, or rather its opposite, is expressed by the muscle property.

And If I use mh frome source, which .py file regulates the parameter?

That would be human.getWeight() and human.getMuscle()

I have other questions. :D

Which studies/papers did you refer for the mass percentage?

And in source what's the name of the .py files that regulate the waist and hips circum. parameters?

You'll have to ask the author in the other topic. I just copied those formulas and used them in a code example. The other topic is a better place to discuss this, btw.

It's just data, loaded generically through the targets.py humanmodifier.py and algos3d.py modules.

Ehm, right... It's this topic, in fact. Author is pici.
I forgot that we had some communication through email.

I don't know whether I can share the code, which is really just applying formulas on the surface and volume data you already get from the code example, but I can point you to the literature.
All of them are BSA (body surface area) models:
Shuter and Aslani, 2000
DuBois, 1916
Reading and Freeman, 2005
Wang and Hihara, 2004
Livingston and Lee, 2001
Mosteller, 1987
Anderson et al., 1985
Haycock et al., 1978

Just a note for googlers that might stumble across this: I got permission from the author to publish the code.
You can find it, with proper credits, in the official MakeHuman experiments repository:
