relaxed standing pose

Postby vive » Tue Jun 24, 2014 10:44 am

Hi!

Do you know anyone, how is the relaxed standing pose defined?
I'm looking for such a definition for this pose like the Neutral Body Posture in the NASA STD 3000 Vol. 1 (p. 3-57, Figure 3.3.4.3-1), so it should be described with segments angles.

Thanks,
Márton

All I know is it took me a while to pose a character in a military "attention" pose a while back.

Feet at a 45 degree angle heels touching
Hands at side with thumbs touching the pant crease
chest out
head straight chin level
eyes straight ahead

Someday I'd like to make that a pose target.

Targets are not well suited for creating poses. It will create a lot of problems if you vary the model.
MakeHuman will have posing support soon, though.
