Just work with the genitals slider. Middle is no genitals, far right is male genitals, far left is female genitals (if I remember it right).

I think the male genitals even have a rig in the MHX export for alpha 7, but you might have to explicitly enable it in the mhx configuration file.

Props to the MH community here for their maturity, class, and professionalism in discussing genitalia here.

If I were posting in this thread (which I'm not, but if I were), I would've written, "Although the slide for the male genitalia doesn't go far enough to match my size! It'd need to slide off the screen!" Of else maybe, "It's called MakeHuman, not Make Hermaphrodite!"

But, like I said, I'm not posting in this thread, and so therefore I couldn't have typed those things.
