Texture problems in blender

Hello again, i got another question, and this time its maybe more of a blender problem but maybe people in here knows how to fix. I import my makehuman character in blender, and i allso show the right path to the textures, but in blender game engine i cant get it to work. In multitexture mode i cant even see the character, and in glsl my character is visible but evything in face looks totaly stange, i can see through the head the teeth and the eyes looks scary. Is there not possible to make it vissible in multi texture instead? or is there a way of making the character look good in glsl? i can use the chars fine when not in game engine and render pictures or videos then.
