Just installed on a Mac, how come nothing renders

Postby pock » Fri Jul 20, 2012 2:19 am

I just installed MakeHuman on my Mac OS X 10.6 and opened it up. The MakeHuman: A Manual says a person show show up, however I just see an empty space. Is there something else I need to do?

(I uploaded a screenshot too)

(Replying to my own thread, with an answer)

If anyone gets this, just download the nightly build instead. Then a model shows up.

However, it's a weirdly rendered see-through model, as if something still isn't rendering correctly. Anyone know why this might be? (Attached image)

This bug has been known for some time, but we couldnt reproduce it ourselves and lack the necessary information.
You can read it at http://code.google.com/p/makehuman/issues/detail?id=222

Could you supply us with some more details, such as the actual hardware version of your MAC?
If you are able to, we would greatly appreciate it if you could test the newest version in svn, and report whether the problem is gone.
