How to run python scripts within MakeHuman?

I know it sounds obvious but I could not find an explanation.

Unfortunately we have lack of people that helps us in documentation

MakeHuman itself IS a python script (except a small core, the python interpreter, that's C code). So it can be easily edited to add new modules and functions.
