Ah okay, I get what you mean. I am a programmer first and an artist second - a pretty amateur one at that. I hadn't noticed those sort of problems with the base mesh.

So getting back on topic (sorry about that) Metahuman looks cool, but very different. Seems like a tool aimed at non artists, many limits keep you within parameters that will always give good results. It focuses mainly on the face (the body part is extremely limited). It let's you move parts of the face with pickers, and lets you pick multiple faces and blend parts of those different faces. While this is quick and easy I'm personally not a fan and prefer the complete control you get with other software. It's also website based as was suggested earlier in this thread. It's early days so who knows how it will end up but for now it is a different approach and seems rather limited.
