Can i the head apply without the body?

i have a questions, can i the head seperat apply without the body ? At the moment i have not idea, what i must do, i will not have the body, the head, yes. I hope any can me help, or have a Tip thank you

You will have to export your human model, for example to OBJ or MHX format and import it in Blender, to remove the unwanted geometry manually.
