Face camera in night version

Hi,

How can I activate the face camera in the night version?
The last 2 icons are missing from the current version. http://www.makehuman.org/doc/node/camera_partition.html

The button has been removed on purpose. To get face cam, right click on the face (preferably in the center) and drag your mouse till you have the desired zoom level.
