Background image loads too dark ?

I load my background image in vista but it loads oo dark i can barely see it , why is this ?

found the solution , turning the quoted box off, but it has shrinked a bit my picture. is there a way to not shrinken it , or wich size is the best so that it doesnt shrink ?

thanx for the reply , but the dark thing is fixed by turning off the qoted box , the only thing that was wrong was the shrinking of the image , but if you do the backgroung image the same size as your screen it works perfect . ;D
