Makehuman characters with mixamo animations

When I import a makehuman character to mixamo and the reimport it to unity with the unity skeleton the animation rotates even if i delete the root motion from the animation. How can I solve it?

Before applying animations in Mixamo, try using the "Reset Pose" option in the Retargeting tab. This can help ensure that the initial pose of the character is aligned properly with the Mixamo skeletontunnel rush, which should reduce any rotation discrepancies.
