Trying to install makehuman (tar.gz)

There's an application called makehuman. I want to use it to make my own 3D assets. I can't seem to install it on steam deck. My best guess is to download tar.gz but none of the commands seem to work to install it. None that I could find anyway https://tutuapp.uno/ .

Can anyone inform me on what I need to do?
