What is a good resource to make human models?

I know absolutely nothing about anatomy and I'm not usually happy with the results from what I make in Blender. Is there any apps, resources, or addons I could use to make this process easier?

There are many sites that provide information about anatomy. You can find more detailed information on those pages!
