MHM File association lost. There's no .exe anymore?

Just updated my MakeHuman to the latest 1.2.0v4a and uninstalled 1.1.1.

MHM files aren't associated with MakeHuman now and there's no .exe to to set them to open with. I've reinstalled 1.2.0 v4a and it makes no difference. Cleared any previous association from the registry, etc and no dice.

They load fine from "open files" in the program but I'd like my double click back.

Is there any way to do that?
