How do I move models to another device

Hi everyone. So my harddrive seems like dying and I'll be getting another machine. I wonder how do I transfer the models I've created so far. I mean, just copying the models folder from Sysdrive/user seems too easy and besides it's only less than a Mb in total for about a dozen of models. So I guess there's more to it. Tell me, how is it done, that's many hours of work, I'm not just leaving it behind..

All you need to transfer is the whole makehuman folder in your My Documents on Windows systems that way you also preserve any third party assets you have downloaded and yes the model files are kinda small as there are really just text files containing the slider values to create your model. And yes it really is that simple

Hi! Thank you. So if I don't have any 3rd party assets downloaded do I need anything else other than the 'models' folder..?

Not really but be sure to open your new install on the new device first as the "models" folder does not exist till then it is created on the first run of the app.
