Save functions don't seem to be working??

Hey everyone.

I tried out the new Alpha 5.1 and it seems that when I clicked save or save on export... nothing at all seems to happen.

I tried the latest nightly build (December 10th 2010) and the save and export worked... but it doesn't seem to have all the folders so it exports to nowhere.

Another thing is that when I click the Render button on the 5.1 build, there is no Run button. On the nightly build there is.

Am I doing something wrong?

Oh and on another note, I read a topic talking about clothes. I looked in the folders and cannot find anything to do with the clothes.
