I am trying to insert the poses of the page http://www.makehumancommunity.org/poses.html in makehuman and I can´t , I don´t know in which folder I must copy the information of the poses I tried in the poses folder and the expression one, I need to know the procedure

They should be going into the makehuman folder that is in your My Documents folder makehuman\v1\data\poses
