Which Video files Type(s)??

I tried to attach a rendered file in several different formats and I keep getting a message that the file type is not permitted. What is acceptable for vid files??

Videos are too big to be handled as forum attachment.
I suggest you to use youtube or vimeo, and then post the link here.
