Can I do this easily with Makehuman ? The DAE exporter (didnt work for me last time I tried to export) should include bones... How would I attach BVH to those bones ?

I'd suggest just exporting the mesh with no bones. Then use the BVH file to rig it since the BVH has it's own set of bones already. So you'll have to set up a rig with those bones.
