makehuman 1.1.0 not starting

Exactly. But it didn't puzzle me because I have experience such issue before. But couldn't solve it though

My friend say it's 32 bit things , my Laptop is 64 bit. But now I know it's a different things altogether because some are using make human on 64 bit win 7.

Your friend is wrong. That's not it.

It's something to do with my Laptop ( I think it's old ) I am getting a new laptop soon .

A new laptop is always nice but Win 7 on any 64 bit machine should be adequate (assuming you have standard memory for such a machine). I'm convinced you should be able to make it work.

You could use either tutorial below to create an elevated shortcut to run the program elevated without getting a UAC prompt.
