Do I have the command line wrong?

Yes. If you had taken a look in the log file (or log window in Utilities > Log tab) you would have seen the error message.

It should be something like

or

Code: Select all

makehuman ~\makehuman\A8\models\NeckHeightNeckCircum.mhm

depending on what platform you are running MH on.
