Moving eyes/ears

I want to change ears and eyes, but it can be changed only separately for left and right ones. So, result will be with asymmetry. How to do it for left/right ones together?

If you're using A8 (nightly), there are 'copy symmetry' buttons at the top in the action bar. A7 had buttons to copy symmetry as well.
