Textures & faces

Im brand new to this 3D stuff im 16 and want to become an animator but i can barely figure out make human i have 4 questions...

Is there anyway i could put my facegen or scan my face on these models?

if not/ or if so, how can i change the facial features make things flat round small big etc.

how can i load my texture (step by step please) and is it supposed to be a file or can it be a jpeg?

lastly probably a weird question but i have to interact with the command prompt to do any of this?
