Short answer no. There is no combined object export feature.
More complete description of exactly what is expected/desired, and what DOES not happen might help.
In my limited testing, importing the fbx files into my Maya produces the expected set of objects: body, eyes, parts like eyebrows, teeth, etc., and clothing. Each is associated with a different texture, but there is a need to fix the handling of alpha channels (see
http://www.makehumancommunity.org/wiki/ ... _Workflows and especially section 4).
If the issue is skin texture on naked body, one thing that may help is to go to geometries > Clothes tab and uncheck "hide faces under clothes" (on left). With this unchecked the exported human object will include the geometry under clothes. However objects will still be separate on export. Perhaps this helps your Maya issue?
It would great to have additional documentation from Maya users if you can find some time to contribute to the wiki as you solve problems that seem generic.
