Head measurement

Postby Paintstar » Fri Dec 16, 2016 9:54 pm

Hi there, new user here.

I found the ''measurements'' tab and all the available options but the measurement stops at the neck.

Is there any way i can make measurable changes on the head ? like the perimeter, the cheek to cheek distance, etc.

I want to use it as base to build movie helmets but i need to have the exact measures.

Thanks in advance.

The measurements are derived from the base mesh mathematically but there is no direct correlation between slider positions as they are only values between 0 and 1 it is theoretically possible to do the measurements but it would require a few months of research apart from the coding as the morphs are parametric based on a data base of real world scans from all over the world. The Valintina(not write spelling) project which is a fashion design tool may have such capabilities but I doubt it as they use a fashion industry standard set of measurements hat size may be one but cheek to cheek likely not.Sorry to disappoint you.We have been asked several times why you can't just input a series of values and the reason is that MH is parametric not deterministic.

Enjoy the Choice :)
