Tutorial on Making Proxy

Postby makeedward » Wed Oct 07, 2015 4:35 pm

Hi, I'm learned that I can make my own proxy for Makehuman. But I having a issue in converting it from Blender after editing the .obj file & I can find any good tutorials on making proxy anywhere. Any tips would be appreciated.

The procedure is exactly the same as for making clothes, except you rename the results afterwards: http://www.makehumancommunity.org/wiki/ ... ologies%3F. So all tutorials for MakeClothes are valid.

I used Makeclothes to do that but I'm having issues. First is that after I made a vertex group of my object, the mid area are partly selected & try all over again to create vertex group. Most of all, I can't make clothes because of error claims of non-quad faces. The thing is that I did double check & make sure the faces have them. Is it something to do with my UV Map being unorganized & not being re-unwrap after all the editing to the object?
