Can someone please help?

Please understand I have never used MakeHuman before but want to try it out. The only thing is I can't figure out how to open it up to start creating. Can someone please explain in a simple way how to open it up in Blender or another way, blender is preferred though.

I have watched some lady explain it on YouTube for the current versions of blender and MakeHuman but the screen doesn't really guide you well, at least not for me so I can't tell what she means sometimes. Sorry I am new but just want to know what folder I need to put in what to open MakeHuman. Thanks in advance I'd really appreciate the help.

What gave you the idea that you should open makehuman in blender? It's a separate application, independent of blender or any other graphics editor.

Just download the appropriate binary from http://www.makehuman.org/content/download.html and double-click the program.
