How can i get new clothes and more hair model?

hi everyone, I am new to Make human.

But how do you get some many models to make? Can I make new clothes and hair by only MH?

Actually I only have to know one thing. What is the process of this work?

Creat charactor in MH and then finish in Blender? Since I am new here, seems MH cannot make models itself?
