Compatibilities between alpha5 and nightly built

Aim: Get MH alpha5 to export in a format that I can convert to either DirectX or FBX with rigs to be used in XNA Game.

I am learning MH so the questions may have been answered somewhere else.

a) I noticed that ALpha5 and nightly built texture is different. True?
b) The number of vertices and faces are also different. True?
c) I look in the nightly built because of the mh2md5.py. Can this script be used in alpha5?
d) I use the nightly built to export md5.mesh (with Rigs) with the aim to convert to DirectX (with Rigs).

e)-> Anyone has a good suggestion to get MH alpha5 WIth Rigs to convert to DirectX or fbx with rigs.

In summary, I tried to get MH alpha5 with RIgs into DirectX or FBX with Rigs. So far, no luck. Because the nightly built has changed significantly in terms of textures I need to stick to alpha5.

f)> Is there a way to use the nightly built mesh to work with alpha5 texture?

g) THe exported bvh format in alpha5, anyone has good suggestion/Experience to attach it to the exported obj format and then convert to DirectX or FBX with rigs.
