My first render!

Postby pepo » Tue Dec 17, 2019 12:06 am

Hello, I am new in this forum, and want to share my first human render in Blender made with MakeHuman MHX2 importer. I know it is not as good as other artists renders, but I am just starting.

I used the "Simple" clothing assets and customized the Blender shaders to have transparency and folds. Many thanks to all who contributed assets. I have shared some of my expressions some weeks ago.

It doesn't look bad for a first render. Now just try to add a nice normal map with skin detail to it and it will be even better.

Thanks, how would I create such a map with MakeHuman or Blender?

If you encounter any difficulties in the setup of creating a normal map I can provide you an example .blend file with a baked normal map. Just let me know.
