Error when trying to activate MHX2 addon in Blender

I am trying to upload a model into Blender for a project but when I try to activate the addon for MHX2 it gives me an error (screenshot in attachment)

How can I fix this?

It works for me with blender 2.78c how did you install the add-on from what I can see you put it directly in your blender install's add-on folder IIRC it should be at C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.78x\scripts\addons that way you do not have to re-install when you update blender and is it the latest version.And why embed the png image file into an openOffice doc the forum accepts .png files directly no need for that additional step at all.

I'm not really sure if I did it right or not...here.
