The festival involves men (and some women) jumping around nude in the local river while playing the violin. It is considered a family-friendly festival, very cultural.
Living in this cultural context makes people that are afraid of a nude cartoon seem a bit exotic.
Or maybe it is swedes who are just crazy.
If you tried that in Northern Canadian prairies where I live, this would be a ceremonial sacrifice to the Great God Mosquito.
